The EGG House
The egg house is dream space of a humble egg Ellis, with its weird, whacky installations such as fried egg chanpline, the egg soup bowl... I took part in designing the entrance ticket, 2.5D room and story of Ellis comic book appears to be a giant door.
For this project, I was commissioned to come up with a design of the ticket to the exhibition. Following the storyline Ellis the egg dreamed he's coming to Shanghai in a Boeing 787 dream flight, connected by New York Metro-the Egg jet boarding pass and the New York Metro Card.
Combining Chinese background of the sharing bike, the third one is will appears as a screen capture of the phone searching the bike around.
"The adventures of Ellis the Egg" is the first chapter story of how Ellis the egg started his traveling dream. It's a huge comic book as well as the door transfer to the magic garden in the exhibition scene.
A huge 2.5D hand-drawn wall with the height of 3.6 metres, the width of 5.2 metres. Added lots of details hiding in the shelf. Waiting to be discovered...
